No official MOQ. Some fabrics are sold by the roll (roughly 50–100 yards) at store level, so for cuts of a few dozen yards we confirm whether the store will cut before quoting. Small orders from tens to hundreds of yards are exactly our specialty.

Different dye lots of the same fabric can vary slightly — differences within grade 4 or better on the international grey scale are considered normal, not defects. For color-critical orders we always confirm the lot with a physical swatch first, and if what ships clearly differs from the confirmed swatch, we take responsibility.

After stock confirmation and inspection, air express typically takes 5–10 business days depending on destination, customs handling included. Volume orders can switch to sea freight to cut cost — we quote both when relevant.

Defects clearly inconsistent with our inspection report — stains, damage, wrong item, short quantity — are fully reshipped or refunded. Returns due to on-screen color perception, changes of mind or ordering mistakes are not possible with cut fabric, which is why first orders always start with swatches.

The base structure is: fabric cost + 2 CNY/yard agency fee + shipping at cost. Optional services (QC inspection, swatch cards, labeling) are only charged when requested, and every cost appears in your quote before work starts. Nothing is billed that was not quoted.

Yes. Small orders are the specialty, but we also run roll-quantity purchases, direct mill orders, and custom weaving and dyeing programs from Keqiao. Larger volumes open real price negotiation room — send us quantities and specs for a dedicated quote.

Yes. Send a photo (a close-up of the weave helps) plus fiber content if you know it. We walk the Keqiao market, find the same or closest match, and send comparison photos. Finding the source version of a fabric you currently buy locally is one of our most common requests.

Shipments go through formal export declaration and we provide the documents your import clearance needs. Details are confirmed per destination at order time.
